suche ein Programm zum checken meiner HD - abgesehen vom Windows internen.

Findest du auf der Hersteller-HP deiner Festplatte.

z.B. DFT von Hitachi/IBM, Seatools für Seagate-Platten, etc.

Wären heikle Daten drauf ...

Wird die Platte da sehr belastet?
Gibz sowas auch von WD?

P.S.: Daten gehen nicht verloren, ist eine 99,99%ige Auswertung da direkt von Hersteller.

Natürlich auch für WD-Platten

Nennt sich Data Life diag.

Gelöscht wird nix. Manche Tools können aber löschen (low level format) falls du es willst.
