PDF Drucker gibt es wie Sand am Meer, ich habe aber bisher keien Open Source /Freeware Software gefunden mit der ich ein PDF-Formular erstellen kann.

Gibt es sowas ?

Möchtest du Desktop Publishing betreiben oder sind mit Formularen tatsächlich Formulare im Sinne von rechtlich/juristische Formulare die man für Amtswege oä braucht?

Für DP kann ich dir herzlich Scribus (http://www.scribus.org.uk/) empfehlen.
