GDC wird größer

Die Organisatoren der Game Developers Conference (GDC) haben gestern bekannt gegeben, dass der Ausstellungsbereich nächstes Jahr mehr als doppelt so groß wie heuer sein wird. Die GDC07 wird vom 5. - 9. März 2007 im Moscone Convention Center in San Francisco stattfinden. Nachdem die E3 einem Wandel unterworfen wurde und zukünftig nur noch ein Zielpublikum von 5.000 Besuchern haben soll, soll die GDC die E3 als größte spielebezogene Messe ablösen. Die Konferenz, die nächstes Jahr bereits zum 20. Mal abgehalten wird, soll auch in Zukunft in San Francisco und nicht wie bisher üblich in San Jose stattfinden.
